It’s really exciting that my family is sticking with this healthy lifestyle plan. We went grocery shopping the other day, and for the first time, we bought quinoa! The first time I tried it, I thought it tasted like rice, which is excellent for me (my family is filipino - rice is essential!) because I can now substitute it for rice. Quinoa has more protein, which will help you stay fuller, longer!
Just look for the little things that can be changed in your diet - you never know how it will affect you!
